Derek Schulze was born on a fourth generation farm near St. Louis, Missouri which is probably why you will hardly find him not working. Derek's life has been a journey of creativity and purpose following the atraditional path of being a Hindu monk for 2 years, and starting multiple businesses all with the goal of having a positive impact on the community.

After fastly rising into Denver's top 5 percent of Realtor's within 9 months of being licensed.
